    General questions

    • How do I download the client?
      After logging into your account, click on [My Account]. There choose [Downloads]
    • I would like to contact you, how do I do that?
      Please visit the contact us page where you will be able to get the right contact information


    Windows Client

    • Can I download an older version of this client?
      No for the time being but we are working on this to make it easier for customer to download a version of their choice depending on their configured database version.
    • Can I have the source code of this software? After all you are giving it out freely
      Unfortunately no. We don't give out the source code. But, who knows, it might be possible. Just drop us a note by Email and tell us about you and why you need this source and we will review your request and decide what to do.
    • Can I log onto using my email address?
      Currently, no.

      If you are the administrator, you will login using admin as username. Otherwise you will use the username assigned to you by an administrator. Please note that this username is not necessarily the same as your network username (such as windows or linux username)
    • Do I really have to use this windows client? Don't you have a web-based solution?
      Unfortunately no for the time being.
    • Do you have any tutorials for using the software?
      We are still creating videos showing how to use the software step by step. Please check back in the near future ...
    • How do I download the newest version?
      When you click on the download link, the setup that comes is always the latest.
    • How do I logon for the first time?
      You will use admin as the username and the same password as the one you use on our website. After logging on, please remember to create other users because we advise to use this admin username for only administration.
    • I am suspicious of free things especially software, can I pay you for the software? I know I can upgrade my account but I don't
      You are welcome to pay if you'd love to. But we will consider this as a donation, not as a sale.

    • I loved this software but it lacks feature X. Can you implement it?
      It depends on what feature X is. Write to us an email and state in the subject that it's about a feature request. If time allows and that feature appears in our judgement to be important in general, we will implement it and inform you. But we cannot guarantee that we will implement your suggestion of implement it exactly the way you want it.
    • Why am I getting access denied error message?
      Please check the credentials you supplying to make sure that they are correct. You may also need to check if the CAPS lock is not ON because passwords are case sensitive.
    • Why can't I register users with a username of as many characters as I like?
      We use MySQL for storing our data and it currently doesn't support usernames longer than 16 characters. We advice you to use usernames of less than 10 characters
    • Why do you give this software free of charge?
      Our primary idea here was not to sell softwares.

      We accept Credit/Debit Cards including VISA and MASTERCARD. We also accept Direct credit through Internet Bank. The banks we connect to are NORDEA AB and SWEDBANK. In the near future we will also accept Handelsbanken and SEB.
